Shipping, sizes, payment, delivery… everything you need to know about our shop. There’s important information on international delivery, import duties and returns which you should be aware of so please do read through before placing an order.

Sizes

Our t-shirts come in an array of flavours and we know how frustrating it can be to buy clothes online, only for them to turn up one size too small. To make life simple, here’s a breakdown of the sizes of the different t-shirts.

Payment

We’ve made the shopping experience as simple as possible by using Paypal Express, but you don’t need a Paypal account to grab yourself one of these exclusive designs! You can pay as a guest with your credit or debit card (it’s secure because all processing is done via Paypal so we don’t hold any financial information). It’s really simple.

Shipping

Orders in the US are fulfilled in the US, and we have a fulfillment centre in the EU. We offer international shipping with a range of options (tracked, signed for, FedEx etc). Some products may be shipped from the US into Europe, so non-US residents should be aware of import duties which you may have to pay on delivery and are not included in the shipping price.

When you place your order don’t forget to tick or untick the ‘send to my billing address’ as appropriate. If you untick this option you must offer an alternative delivery address. We offer world-wide delivery but please be aware of our returns policy for incorrect delivery address, below.

Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email us with the subject heading ‘Return’ and include the order number and an explanation of the problem. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size. All sizes are listed in detail, above.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Import Duties

If you refuse to pay the necessary import duties the consignment will be returned to our printing facility. We do not offer refunds on returned orders for unpaid import duties and they are not included in our shipping prices. Please check with your local post-office for estimated import duties, if applicable.
